Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Policy: To honor our time and energy, we kindly ask that any schedule changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes within 24 hour are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds and will be applied to the session that is missed. The Souls Purpose are not “diagnosing” or “treating” the physical body which is the domain of the medical field and health care professionals. We, the practitioners are connecting to the energy of the client, which makes it possible to manifest a change or shift which is then experienced directly by the client. Please understand there is a distinction between “healing” using the Energy methods and the practice of medicine or any other licensed health care practice. While we have experience as an energy healing practitioner, we are not a psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, or other licensed health care professional. Any information that comes to the surface in our sessions is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any medical problem or psychological disorder nor are they intended as a substitute for seeking professional health care advice and services. We strongly advise that you seek professional advice as appropriate before making any health decision. We also want to emphasize how seriously we regard this role! We've established this place as a sanctuary - a supportive environment where you can express your vulnerabilities and emotions freely, without fear of judgement or opinion. This is a space where your thoughts and feelings can be shared and will remain here, respected and unchallenged. As we work together, we want to ensure that our clients have access to the most comprehensive support possible. Should there be a time when we feel that the level of care we have provided has reached its limit, it’s our moral obligation as healers and individuals to encourage our clients to seek out new perspectives and approaches that may better serve their needs, resulting in a pause in our sessions. There have been times when we have recommended that the client collaborate with a mental health professional, a counselor, or another practitioner who specializes in the area you're struggling with. This is not a sign of failure or inadequacy; rather, it signifies growth and the evolving nature of the clients healing journey. Each step the client takes—whether it's through energy work, therapy, or self-reflection—contributes to their overall well-being.
