Energy healing tends to be helpful for most people! Its a wonderful way to reconnect and shift any blockages that seem to prevent you from feeling your best, or feel when you feel“out of sync” in any type of way. Lets go over some gentle, non-diagnostic ways to notice if it might benefit you in different areas of your life. 1. Is your emotional & nervous system regulated? Do you:

Feel emotionally overwhelmed easily, even when life seems “fine”

Notice sudden mood shifts without a clear reason

Have trouble fully relaxing, even during rest or meditation

Experience emotional releases (tears, sighing, shaking) during calm moments
